摘 要:为了恢复高速公路沥青路面的抗滑性能,使用高强韧超薄磨耗层(Strength and Toughness Course,STC)置换路表以下1.5 cm的旧混合料。首先,提出STC-8(公称最大粒径7.5 mm)磨耗层的具体技术方案;其次,对STC-8磨耗层混合料进行配合比设计,检验并分析其路用性能;最后,通过工程实践验证STC-8磨耗层的应用效果。检验结果显示,STC-8磨耗层混合料在60℃高温下的动稳定度超过8000次/mm,在-10℃低温下的弯曲破坏应变超过2800με,表明STC-8磨耗层混合料具有优良的强度和韧性。铺筑STC-8磨耗层后,路面构造深度大于0.6 mm,摆值大于80,横向力系数大于60。工程验证表明STC磨耗层可作为恢复路面抗滑性的一种潜在技术措施。To recover the skid resistance of asphalt pavement of expressway,the 1.5 cm existing mixture layer below the road was replaced by the strength and toughness wearing course(STC).Firstly,the specific technical scheme of STC-8(nominal maximum aggregate size 7.5mm)wearing course was put forward.Secondly,the mix ratio design of STC-8 wearing course mixture was carried out,and the mixture performance was analyzed.Finally,the application effect of STC-8 wearing course was verified by the engineering practice.For the STC-8 wearing course mixture,the dynamic stability was more than 8000 cycles/mm at high temperature of 60℃,and the bending failure strain exceeded 2800μεat low temperature of minus 10℃.The STC-8 wearing course mixture showed excellent strength and toughness.After paving STC-8 wearing course,the texture depth of road surface was more than 0.6 mm,the British Pendulum Number was more than 80,and the side-way force coefficient was more than 60.The STC wearing course can be used as a potential technical measure to recover the skid resistance of road surface.
