磷渣-水泥稳定碎石在县乡公路基层中的应用

摘  要:磷渣-水泥稳定碎石在路面基层中的应用有助于消纳磷化工企业副产的磷渣固体废弃物,是一项值得推广的绿色施工技术。本文以枝江市县乡道改造项目的磷石膏基层试验段为依托,对磷渣-水泥稳定碎石层的路用性能进行讨论,并根据基层强度和弯沉值对配合比方案进行了优化。研究结果表明:(1)无骨料的磷渣水泥复合胶凝材料强度和刚度较低;(2)碎石可为磷渣水泥复合胶凝材料提供骨架,提高基层的强度和刚度;(3)48%改性磷渣、45%碎石、7%硅酸盐水泥熟料的基层填料方案的路用性能满足规范要求,现场检测合格率100%,且成本较低,能有效消耗磷渣。The application of phosphogypsum(PG)-cement stabilized crushed stone in pavement base could consume the phosphorus slag(solid waste)generated by phosphorus chemical industry on a large scale.Based on the on-site testing data of a suburban road reconstruction engineering in Zhijiang(Hubei Province,China),the road performance of PG-cement stabilized crushed stone(PG-C-CS)base is discussed systematically.Then,the mix proportion of the PG-cement stabilized crushed stone has been optimized based on the uniaxial compressive strength(UCS)and deflection of the base.The results showed that:(1)the strength and stiffness of PG-cement composite(PG-C)materials are without aggregates are relatively low.(2)The crushed stones can provide a framework for PG-C to improve the strength and stiffness of the base.(3)The road performance of the base filling scheme with 48%modified phosphorus slag,45%crushed stone,and 7%Portland cement clinker meets the specification requirements,with a 100%pass rate in on-site testing and low cost,which can effectively consume phosphorus slag.
