摘 要:随着隧道施工技术的进步,喷射混凝土已广泛应用于初期支护中。其性能提升在很大程度上取决于配合比优化与新型材料的使用。本文采用Flac3D有限元数值模拟,建立Ⅳ级板岩隧道两台阶开挖的喷射混凝土支护模型,分析了喷射混凝土对隧道围岩变形、应力、塑性区的控制效果。结果表明,喷射混凝土有效抑制了隧道开挖后围岩的变形,尤其对拱顶沉降和仰拱隆起的控制较为显著,围岩最终变形量明显减少,初支喷射混凝土支护拱顶沉降量在4~5 cm之间,仰拱隆起量在3~4 cm之间。此外,喷射混凝土对围岩塑性区的扩展起到了显著的抑制作用,隧道拱顶的塑性区半径控制在3 m以内,增强了支护结构的抗拉抗压性能,提升了隧道整体稳定性。As tunnel construction technology advances,shotcrete has been widely applied in primary support systems.Its performance improvements largely depend on the optimization of mixture proportions and the use of innovative materials.This paper employs Flac3D finite element numerical simulation to establish a shotcrete support model for two-bench excavation of ClassⅣslate tunnels,analyzing the control effects of shotcrete on surrounding rock deformation,stress distribution,and plastic zones.The results indicate that shotcrete effectively suppresses rock deformation following tunnel excavation,particularly in controlling crown subsidence and invert heave,significantly reducing the final deformation of the surrounding rock.The crown subsidence under primary shotcrete support was maintained between 4 cm and 5 cm,while the invert heave ranged from 3 cm to 4 cm.Moreover,shotcrete significantly inhibited the expansion of plastic zones in the surrounding rock,with the radius of the crown plastic zone controlled within 3 meters.This enhanced the tensile and compressive strength of the support structure,improving the overall stability of the tunnel.
