蒙医乌拉灸术配合蒙药早期干预痛风性关节炎的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究蒙医乌拉灸术配合蒙药早期干预痛风性关节炎的影响。方法:回顾性选取2019年2月—2020年2月本院痛风性关节炎患者100例,依据治疗方法分为蒙医乌拉灸术配合蒙药早期干预组(配合组)、单独蒙药早期组(单独组)两组,各50例,统计分析两组患者的蒙医症候积分、血尿酸水平、临床疗效、生活质量。结果:治疗后,配合组患者的蒙医症候积分、血尿酸水平均低于单独组(P<0.05)。配合组患者治疗的总有效率98.00%高于单独组88.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,配合组患者的躯体疼痛、生理机能、精神健康、情感健康评分均高于单独组(P<0.05)。结论:蒙医乌拉灸术配合蒙药早期干预痛风性关节炎的效果较单独蒙药早期干预好。Objective:To study the effect of wula-moxibustion combined with Mongolian medicine on early intervention of gouty arthritis.Methods:100 patients with gouty arthritis in our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected retrospectively and divided into Mongolian medicine Wula moxibustion combined with Mongolian medicine early intervention group(cooperation group)and Mongolian medicine early intervention group(single group)according to the treatment methods,with50 cases in each group.The Mongolian medicine symptom score,blood uric acid level,clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment,the Mongolian medicine symptom score and serum uric acid level of the cooperation group were lower than those of the single group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the cooperation group was98.00%,which was higher than 88.00%of the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical pain,physiological function,mental health and emotional health in the cooperation group were higher than those in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early intervention effect of Wula-moxibustion combined with Mongolian medication on gout arthritis is better than that of Mongolian medication alone.
