基于数据挖掘的《蒙医秘诀方海》中祛水臌方剂用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘技术研究《蒙医秘诀方海》中治疗水臌病的用药规律。方法:整理《蒙医秘诀方海》中祛水臌方剂,利用Excel 2019软件建立数据库,并使用统计软件SPSS 26及数据挖掘软件SPSS 18.0对数据进行频数分析、聚类分析、关联规则分析,用Cytoscape 3.10.0软件,实现共现网络的可视化升级。结果:共纳入116组祛水臌处方,蒙药种类合计221味,其中高频药物排列前10味的分别为栀子、红花、荜茇、诃子、冬葵果、硇砂、枫香脂、豆蔻、香青兰、巴豆。蒙药类别中占据前5类的是清热药、利尿消肿药、祛巴达干药、燥黄水药和泻下药。从高频药物的性味分析显示,凉性使用频次最高,其次为平、温性;药味以苦为主,辛、甘为辅。高频药物间生成3个聚类,大致为清热利尿药组、祛寒赫依巴达干药组、峻泻功能为主的药组。经关联规则分析,可见栀子-红花-香青兰-绿绒蒿,荜茇-诃子-硇砂-枫香脂之间关联性最强。结论:《蒙医秘诀方海》中注重水臌病早期热性水臌转寒治疗;药味、效能之间的相互作用,总体达到了调理三根平衡的疗效,也针对了“三根与体素平衡失调”而引起水臌病的病因。Objective To explore the medication patterns of treating Edema formulae in Man ngag rin chen`byung gnas.Methods We sorted out the prescriptions for treating Edema in Man ngag rin chen`byung gnas,utilized Excel 2019 software to create a database and used IBM SPSS Statistics26 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 to analyze the data for frequency counts,clustering analysis,and association rules.Visualization of co-occurring networks was upgraded using Cytoscape 3.10.0 software.Results A total of 116 groups of prescriptions for Edema were included,involving 221 Mongolian medicines,of which the top 10 highfrequency medicines were Gardenia jasminoides J.Ellis,Carthamus tinctorius L.,Piper longum L.,Terminalia chebula Retz.,Malva verticillata L.,Sal ammoniac,Liquidambar formosana Hance,Amomi fructus rotundus,Dracocephalum moldavicum,and Croton tiglium L.The top 5 drug categories are:heat-clearing drugs,diuretic and decongestant drugs,eliminating Bad-kan drugs,drying Shar-us drugs,and purgative drugs.Analysis of the medicinal properties of the high-frequency drug showed that“cool”had the highest frequency of use,followed by“flat”and“warm”;the taste of the drug was mainly“bitter”,supplemented by“pungent”and“sweet”.Three clusters were generated among the high-frequency medicines,which were roughly the group of heat-clearing and diuretic medicines,eliminating Bad-kan Khii medicines,and purgative.After analyzing the association rules,it was seen that the strongest association was between Gardenia jasminoides J.Ellis-Carthamus tinctorius L.-Dracocephalum moldavicum-Meconopsis quintuplinervia,and Piper longum L.-Terminalia chebula Retz.-Sal ammoniac-Liquidambar formosana Hance.Conclusion The research has shown that the early treatment of Edema was emphasized in Man ngag rin chen`byung gnas,which also means a treatment that convert the disease from hot to cold;The interactions between the flavors and effects of the medicines achieve the overall therapeutic effect of regulating the balance of the three elements,whi
