摘　　要：农业供应链金融在乡村振兴与扶贫攻坚战略中占据着举足轻重的地位,不仅能够高效整合农业产业链上的资源,而且有助于促进农村经济的稳定增长。黑龙江省以丰富的农业资源和悠久的农业历史为农业供应链金融的发展提供了独特的优势,但受到地理环境复杂性和经济环境多变性的影响,黑龙江省农业供应链金融在发展过程中遭遇了诸多难题。基于此,在介绍农业供应链金融内在含义的基础上,通过梳理黑龙江省农业供应链金融当前发展态势,针对存在的问题提出一系列具有针对性的对策和建议,为黑龙江省农业供应链金融的健康、可持续发展提供坚实的理论支撑和实用的实践指导。Agricultural supply chain finance plays an important role in the strategy of rural revitalization and poverty alleviation,which can not only efficiently integrate resources in the agricultural industry chain,but also contribute to the stable growth of rural economy.Heilongjiang Province,with its rich agricultural resources and long agricultural history,has provided unique advantages for the development of agricultural supply chain finance.However,affected by the complexity of geographical environment and the variability of economic environment,the agricultural supply chain finance in Heilongjiang Province has encountered many difficul‐ties in the development process.Based on this,on the basis of introducing the internal meaning of agricultural supply chain finance,by sorting out the current development situation of agricultural supply chain finance in Heilongjiang Province,a series of targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed in view of existing problems,in order to provide solid theoretical support and practi‐cal practical guidance for the healthy and sustainable development of agricultural supply chain finance in Heilongjiang Province.
