不同施氮量对小麦产量和品质的影响

摘  要:为研究不同施氮量对小麦产量和品质的影响,以小麦品种烟农19和柳麦618为研究对象,设置4个施氮量,分别研究了小麦干物质积累量、产量和品质的变化特征。结果表明,烟农19在施氮量为180 kg/hm^(2)时的小麦产量和湿面筋含量最高,干物质积累量较高,低于240 kg/hm^(2),但差异不显著。柳麦618的干物质积累量、产量和籽粒硬度、粗蛋白含量均在240 kg/hm^(2)时达到最大值。因此,烟农19和柳麦618的最佳施氮量分别为180 kg/hm^(2)和240 kg/hm^(2)。此结果可为当地小麦种植提供借鉴。In order to study the effects of different nitrogen application rates on wheat yield and quality,four nitrogen application rates were set for Yannong 19 and Liumai 618,and the characteristics of dry matter accumulation,yield and quality were studied re‐spectively.The results showed that the wheat yield and wet gluten content were the highest when the nitrogen rate was 180 kg/hm^(2),and the dry matter accumulation was higher,lower than 240 kg/hm^(2),but the difference was not significant.The dry matter accumula‐tion,yield,grain hardness and crude protein content of Liumai 618 reached the maximum value at 240 kg/hm^(2).Therefore,the opti‐mal nitrogen application rates of Yannong19 and Liumai 618 were 180 kg/hm^(2)and 240 kg/hm^(2)respectively,which could provide the‐oretical reference for local wheat planting.
