摘  要:采用碳纤维多轴向织物进行复合材料长桁的铺层设计,利用拉挤设备进行复合材料长桁的预成型体制备。带有定型剂的碳纤维多轴向织物在拉挤设备牵引力的作用下,依次通过拉挤预成型模具和加热的成型模具,形成预成型体。相比传统的手工铺贴制备复合材料长桁预成型体,拉挤工艺可以快速制备复合材料长桁预成型体,是手工铺贴的几十甚至上百倍。结果表明:定型剂含量对拉挤工艺制备的预成型体的厚度变化无明显影响;纤维体积含量为44.4%时,预成型很成功,如果想提高纤维体积含量,需要缩小多轴向织物的缝线的缝合行距;拉挤速度对预定型效果无影响。In this study,carbon fiber multi-axial fabrics were used for the composite stringer lay-up design,and pultrusion equipment was utilized for the preparation of composite stringer preform.Carbon fiber multi-axial fabric with a shaping agent,under the traction of the pultrusion equipment,sequentially pass through the pultrusion preforming mold and heated forming mold to form the preforms.Compared with the manual lay-up preparation of composite stringer preform,the pultrusion process can quickly prepare composite stringer preform,which is dozens or even hundreds of times faster than manual lay-up.The results show that the content of the shaping agent has no significant influence on the thickness variation of the preform prepared by the pultrusion process;with a fiber volume content of 44.4%,the preform was very successful.To increase the fiber volume content,it is necessary to reduce the stitch spacing of the multi-axial fabric's seams.The pultrusion speed has no effect on the preforming result.
