摘  要:复合材料作为一种轻质高强材料,在航空航天、汽车工业等领域被广泛应用。本文对T300级碳纤维复合材料层压板边缘冲击和冲击后压缩进行了试验研究,首先采用洛氏冲击引入冲击损伤,发现损伤沿厚度方向基本呈对称分布,小能量便会造成大长度劈裂和大范围层间开裂,通过超声C扫检测发现损伤形态呈现不规则椭圆形;进行了边缘冲击后压缩测试,通过多处粘贴应变片观察损伤扩展情况,绘制了相应的载荷-应变曲线,发现在达到最终破坏载荷之前,部分试样存在损伤扩展,最终主要失效模式为过损伤区的横向压缩破坏。As a lightweight and high-strength material,composite materials are widely used in aerospace,automobile industry and other fields.This article conducted an experimental study on the edge-impact and compression after edge-impact of T300 carbon fiber composites.First,Rockwell impact was used to introduce impact damage.It was found that the damage was basically symmetrically distributed along the thickness direction,and small energy would cause long-length splitting and large-scale interlaminar cracking.Through ultrasonic C-scan inspection,it was found that the damage was in an irregular elliptical shape;a compression test after edge impact was conducted,and the damage expansion was observed by pasting strain gauges in multiple places,and the corresponding load-strain curve was drawn.It was found that before reaching the final failure load,there is damage expansion in thepart of specimen,and ultimately compression failure across the damaged area is the main failure mode.
