摘  要:复合材料因其低密度、高比强度、高比刚度等性能优势成为目前结构轻量化设计的重要材料,被广泛应用于船舶海洋、航空航天等多个领域。随着工业技术的发展,对纤维增强复合材料结构性能的需求日益提升,传统的复合材料制造相关技术遇到了新的科学问题与技术瓶颈。21世纪以来,随着大数据的逐渐普及,人工智能技术(AI)迅猛发展,相关算法相继被应用到多个学科研究领域。人工智能与现有方法混合使用具有高度可靠性,可以最大限度地满足各种复合材料制造过程的需求,目前已经成为复合材料未来发展的重要趋势。本文综述并评价了人工智能方法在纤维增强复合材料制造方面的研究进展,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望。Composites have become an important material for structural lightweight design due to their low density,high specific strength,and high specific stiffness,and are widely used in various fields such as shipbuilding and marine engineering,aerospace,etc.With the development of industrial technology,the demand for the performance of fiber reinforced composite structures is increasing,and traditional composite manufacturing-related technologies have encountered new scientific problems and technical bottlenecks.Since the 21st century,with the gradual popularization of big data,artificial intelligence(AI)technologies have developed rapidly,and related algorithms have been successively applied to various research fields.The use of artificial intelligence in combination with existing methods has high reliability and can meet the needs of various composite manufacturing processes to the greatest extent,and has become an important trend for the future development of composite materials.This paper reviews and evaluates the research progress of artificial intelligence methods in fiber reinforced composite material manufacturing and looks forward to future trends.
