摘  要:为实现聚酰胺纤维强力、耐热性以及导电性等性能的大幅提升,着重对石墨烯改性聚酰胺纤维的生产技术关键步骤进行归纳总结,如石墨烯分散液的制备、石墨烯母粒与聚酰胺切片的熔融挤出、纺丝、拉伸和后处理等。指出石墨烯改性聚酰胺纤维的制备技术核心在于石墨烯母粒的均匀分散,并通过优化纺丝条件,确保纤维的力学强度、导电性及热稳定性增强,整个生产过程强调工艺参数的精准控制以及生产环境的安全与环保,以满足聚酰胺纤维在多领域的应用需求。In pursuit of achieving marked improvements in the tensile strength,heat resistance,and electrical conductivity of polyamide fibers,this paper summarizes the pivotal stages involved in the production technique of graphene-enhanced polyamide fibers.This encompasses the formulation of graphene dispersions,the co-extrusion of graphene masterbatches with polyamide pellets,subsequent spinning processes,drawing,and finishing treatments.It underscores that the crux of fabricating graphene-modified polyamide fibers hinges upon the homogenous dispersion of graphene masterbatches.Through the refinement of spinning parameters,the resultant fibers exhibit augmented mechanical robustness,enhanced electrical conductivity,and superior thermal resilience.Throughout the manufacturing sequence,paramount importance is accorded to the meticulous regulation of processing variables alongside the maintenance of operational safety and environmental stewardship,thereby catering to the multifaceted demands of polyamide fibers across diverse industrial applications.
