摘　　要：在碳纤维生产过程中,上浆剂对提高碳丝的性能有着重要影响,合格的胶浓度决定了碳纤维的产品等级。因此,研究分析在碳纤维丝束经过胶槽时,是否能够均匀上胶、胶槽内上浆剂浓度是否合格、是否出现沉淀分层具有重要意义。为了提高产品质量,碳纤维A等品的产量,本文从上胶工艺、上胶设备、保证胶浓度等方面分析了保持上浆剂处于循环状态的重要性,提出了一种使得上浆剂内部颗粒分布均匀的内外循坏装置,将该装置应用到实践中,取得了优异的应用效果。In the production process of carbon fiber,sizing agents have a significant impact on the performance of the carbon fiber.The quality concentration of the sizing agent determines the product grade of the carbon fiber.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and analyze whether the carbon fiber filament can be evenly coated with sizing agent and whether the concentration of the sizing agent in the sizing tank is qualified and whether there is sedimentation and layering.In order to improve product quality and increase the output of carbon fiber A grade products,this paper analyzes the importance of keeping the sizing agent in a circulating state from the perspective of coating process,coating equipment,and ensuring the concentration of the sizing agent.It proposes a device that makes the internal and external circulation of the sizing agent uniform,and applies it to practice,achieving excellent application effects.
