摘 要:对于很多材料来说,密度是很重要的一个指标,密度的大小决定了材料的质量、可适配的产品。碳纤维作为复合材料中的一种,其应用范围非常广。国际上已有的测定碳纤维密度[1]的方法,有密度梯度法、浮沉法和液体置换法。根据仪器功能和测试方法的对比,真密度仪工作效率高,测试方法简便,人为误差较小。密度梯度仪稳定性好,测试精度高。密度梯度法更适用于检测较多样品数量时,且操作简单高效,影响因素更少。Density is a crucial indicator for many materials,which also determines the compatibility of materials with products.For many products,density also plays a significant role in determining their quality.Carbon fiber,as one of the composite materials,has a wide range of applications.The internationally recognized methods for measuring the density of carbon fiber include the density gradient method,the float-sink analysis and the liquid displacement technique.Based on the introduction of instrument function and the comparison of testing methods,it is evident that the true density meter significantly enhances work efficiency,which offers a simple testing method and minimizes human error.The density gradient instrument is known for its stability as well as high testing accuracy.The density gradient method is more suitable for testing a larger number of samples as its simpleness and efficiency with fewer influencing factors.
