摘  要:对液压电动泵异响故障进行了分析,根据液压电动泵工作原理及分解检查情况,液压电动泵异响为其内部斜盘变量耳轴断裂所致,而斜盘变量耳轴断裂原因为其棱边及其倒角加工缺陷导致耳轴强度降低。对耳轴倒角进行设计改进,经过仿真分析及试验件寿命试验,证明改进效果良好。改进设计有较广泛的应用,对工程中出现的该类液压电动泵异响故障有一定的参考价值。The abnormal sound fault of the hydraulic electric pump was analyzed.According to its working principle and disassembly inspection,the abnormal sound of the hydraulic electric pump was caused by the fracture of its internal swashplate variable-displacement trunnion,which in turn was due to the reduction in trunnion strength caused by processing defects on its edges and chamfers.The chamfer of the trunnion was redesigned.Simulation analysis and life tests of the test piece proved that the improvement effect was good.The improved design has a wide range of applications and provides certain reference value for this type of abnormal sound fault in hydraulic electric pumps encountered in engineering.
