西部乡村旅游特色小镇可持续发展分析——基于天水市平南特色小镇调查

摘　　要：【目的/意义】深入剖析乡村旅游特色小镇的发展机理,评估其资源禀赋、文化特色、生态环境等因素,旨在探索出一条长期、稳定且可持续的发展路径。【方法/过程】运用文献研究、案例研究和参与观察等方法,针对“天水平南特色小镇”这一典型案例,分析当前特色小镇的发展现状,总结建设的现实问题,并提出相应的发展路径。【结果/结论】结果显示,当前特色小镇面临同质化显著、特色产业弱化且规模有限、区域规划不合理、文化创新与品牌建设滞后、旅游产品与服务单一化、基础设施与交通体系不完善,以及数字化赋能乡村旅游的融合深度不足等问题。针对特色小镇现存问题,建议挖掘特色资源,打造差异化旅游产品;发展乡村旅游产业,助力农民增收;优化布局机制,强化文旅融合创新;并构建数字化服务体系,以促乡村旅游特色小镇可持续发展。【Objective/Meaning】By deeply analyzing the development mechanism of rural tourism characteristic town,and evaluating the factors such as resource endowment,cultural characteristics,and ecological environment,the study aimed to explore a long-term,stable and sustainable development path.【Methods/Procedures】By using the methods of literature research,case study and participation observation,aiming at the typical case of“Pingnan Characteristic Town in Tianshui City”,the current development status of characteristic towns was analyzed,the practical problems of construction were summarized,and then the corresponding development paths were put forward.【Results/Conclusions】The results showed that at present,the characteristic towns were facing the problems such as significant homogenization,weakening and limited scale of characteristic industries,unreasonable regional planning,lagging behind in cultural innovation and brand construction,singularization of tourism products and services,imperfect infrastructure and transportation system,and insufficient integration depth of digital-enabled rural tourism.In view of the existing problems of characteristic towns,it was suggested to excavate the characteristic resources to create the differentiated tourism products,develop the rural tourism industry to help farmers increase their income,optimize the layout mechanism and strengthen the integration and innovation of culture and tourism;and build a digital service system to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism characteristic towns.
