摘　　要：在城市高强度开发区块的建设中,经常会面临多样化的目标和多元化的主体诉求。在此,从观察视野的整体性、关系认知的综合性、过程认知的全面性这三个方面出发,结合龙游公共文化、商务综合体区块实践案例,提出基于整体视野统筹一体化发展、基于地块耦合促进一体化发展、基于全过程统筹协调一体化发展等措施,实现区块建设的多元复合一体化发展。In the construction of urban high-strength exploitation blocks,it is often faced with diversified objectives and diversified main demands.Starting from the three aspects of wholeness of observation vision,comprehensiveness of relationship cognition,and comprehensiveness of process cognition,this paper,combined with the practice case of Longyou public culture and business complex block,proposes the measures of coordinating integrated development based on the holistic vision,promoting integrated development based on the coupling of land parcels,and coordinating integrated development based on the whole-process design to realize the diversified and composite integrated development in the construction of the block.
