摘 要:结合陕西省西咸新区先河沣启时代大厦高层钢框架-中心支撑结构项目,对具有多项超限情况的特别不规则结构进行系统抗震性能分析。采用抗震性能化设计方法对各结构构件在不同地震影响下的性能进行了设计和验证。结果表明:在多遇地震作用下,结构的抗侧刚度、抗扭刚度、质量比等各项指标均满足相关规范要求,结构具有良好的抗震性能;在设防地震下,结构整体层间位移角符合预设性能目标,各构件的应力水平同样满足预设性能要求;罕遇地震作用下,结构的最大层间位移角仍小于1/50,满足“大震不倒”的设防目标,结构整体损伤情况较轻,主要损伤部位为钢板剪力墙和支撑,符合设计预期。从而提出了一种采用交叉连接单元模拟钢板剪力墙大震下弹塑性性能的方法,可为类似复杂高层钢结构项目提供指导。Based on the project of the high-rise steel center support structure of Xianhe Fengqi Times Building in Xixian New District,Shaanxi Province,the seismic performance of the special irregular structure with many out-of-limit conditions is analyzed.The seismic performance design method is used to design and verify the performance of each structural component under different earthquake effects.The results indicate that the structure has satisfactory seismic performance in terms of lateral stiff-ness,torsional stiffness,mass ratio,and other relevant indicators under frequent earthquake levels.The story drift of the structure complies with the objectives during the medium earthquake,and the stress ratios in structural components also meet the performance requirements.Moreover,even under rare seismic events,the maximum story drift remains below 1/50,fulfilling the"no collapse in severe earthquakes"design objective.The overall structural damage is slight,primarily concentrated in the steel plate shear walls and braces,which aligns with the design expectations.Furthermore,a method utilizing link elements to simulate the seismic performance of steel plate shear walls is proposed.The methods employed in this paper provide valuable guidance for similar complex high-rise steel structural projects.
