摘  要:为研究中砂介质注浆加固效果,设计了一套中砂介质注浆系统,选用普通硅酸盐42.5R水泥(OPC)、粉煤灰水泥(FPC)以及早强剂水泥浆液(ESAPC),进行了注浆加固试验。通过单轴抗压强度试验,探究理想条件下不同浆液对中砂土层的加固能力。利用SEM电镜扫描法,对砂-浆界面的微观加固特性进行分析,探究不同注浆材料对中砂土层加固效果存在差异的原因,并对不同注浆材料的工程适用性进行判断。研究结果表明:理想条件下,FPC浆液与OPC浆液对中砂介质的加固效果差异不大;而ESAPC浆液能显著增强加固体的早期抗压性能,且养护时间缩短了1/2~3/4;水灰比为0.5~0.6的OPC浆液,其注浆结石体呈柱状,水灰比为0.7~1.0的OPC浆液,其注浆结石体呈褶皱片状;OPC岩-浆胶结程度一般,FPC岩-浆胶结效果不佳,ESAPC岩-浆胶结效果最为出色。To study the reinforcement effect of grouting with medium sand medium,a set of medium sand medium grouting system was designed.Ordinary silicate 42.5R cement(OPC),fly ash cement (FPC)and early strength cement slurry(ESAPC)were selected to carry out grouting reinforcement tests.Through uniaxial compressive strength test,the strengthening ability of different grout on middle-sand soil layer under ideal conditions was investigated.SEM scanning was used to analyze the micro-reinforcement characteristics of sand-slurry interface,explore the reasons for the different reinforcement effects of different grouting materials on the middle-sand soil layer,and judge the engineering applicability of different grouting materials.The results show that under ideal conditions,the reinforcement effect of FPC grout and OPC grout on medium sand is not much different.ESAPC slurry can significantly enhance the early compressive performance of the added solid,and the curing time is shortened by 1/2~3/4.The grouting stones of OPC grout with water cement ratio of 0.5~0.6 are columnar,while those of OPC grout with water cement ratio of 0.7~1.0 are flaccid.The degree of OPC rock-slurry bonding is normal,FPC rock-slurry bonding is not good,and ESAPC rock-slurry bonding is the best.
