金都景苑小区污水零直排改造建设管理分析

摘　　要：针对老旧小区污水管网改造建设管理难点,以金都景苑生活小区为例,通过雨污分流改造、道路路面整治、绿化整理提升等多项措施,提升了周边河流水质,改善了小区居民的生存环境和生活质量。调研组根据调查数据和现场情况认为,雨污分流改造等的推进实施进程中存在着宣传沟通、现场管理规范和施工细节协调等难点和不足,从而提出了对策建议,同时指出工程质量要有专业机构对改造质量作出认定,并建立长效管理机制。In response to the management difficulties in the renovation and construction of sewage pipe networks in old residential areas,taking the Jindu Jingyuan residential community as an example,through measures such as rainwater and sewage diversion renovation,road surface improvement,and greening enhancement,the water quality of the surrounding rivers has been improved,and the living environment and quality of life of the residents in the community have been enhanced.The research team,based on the survey data and on-site conditions,believes that there are difficulties and deficiencies in the implementation process,such as publicity and communication,on-site management norms,and coordination of construction details,and has put forward countermeasures and sugges‐tions.At the same time,it is pointed out that the quality of the project should be recognized by a professional institution for the renovation quality,and a long-term management mechanism should be established.
