摘 要:构建面向现代大学制度的教学质量保障体系,是地方本科高校提高教学质量的内在需求、关键和保证。本文以大连大学为例,回顾建校38年来,教学质量保障体系历经“初具雏形→搭建体系框架→形成保障体系→升级保障体系”的迭代升级历程,梳理“三级五类六系统”质量保障体系建设思路,阐述“检查反馈、持续跟踪、宣传引导、项目牵动、激励约束、培训指导”六个机制主要内容,分析其运行效果与影响,为地方高校构建教学质量保障体系提供参考。Building a teaching quality monitoring system which caters for modern university governance is a key to improving teaching quality at local undergraduate universities.Taking Dalian University as an example,this paper reviews the evolution of its teaching quality monitoring system from its original form to the current system,which can be divided into four stages over the past 38 years.It outlines the construction ideas of the"three-level,five-category,six-system"quality monitoring system,and reflects its six main mechanisms of"check and feedback,continuous tracking,publicity and guidance,project driving,incentive and constraint,and training and guidance."This paper analyzes the system's effects and impact,and provides reference for local universities in building their own teaching quality monitoring systems.
