摘 要:目的分析多维度护理融入目标执行理论对重症机械通气治疗肺炎患者的影响。方法选择复旦大学附属华东医院2019年1月至2023年1月期间收治的重症机械通气治疗肺炎患者70例,随机编号1~70,对照组、研究组分别纳入奇数编号以及偶数编号,各35例。对照组采用临床常规护理,研究组采用多维度护理融入目标执行理论。分析并对比两组患者临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)、NRS2002营养风险筛查量表(NRS2002)评分、简化舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分以及临床康复进程。结果入组时,两组CPIS、NRS2002、GCQ评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院前1 d,两组CPIS、NRS2002评分较入组时均显著降低,研究组患者评分低于对照组;出院前1 d,两组患者GCQ各维度评分及总评分均有提升,研究组高于对照组,研究组患者呼吸困难、肺部啰音消失时间以及机械通气治疗时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论给予重症机械通气治疗肺炎患者多维度护理融入目标执行理论有利于控制患者肺部感染水平,提高机体营养状况,有效改善患者肺功能的同时可加速患者临床康复。ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of multi-dimensional nursing integration goal execution theory on severe mechanical ventilation treatment of pneumonia patients.MethodsA total of 70 patients with severe mechanical ventilation treatment for pneumonia admitted to Huadong Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected,with random numbers ranging from 1 to 70.The control group and the study group were included with odd numbers and even numbers,respectively,with 35 cases each.The control group adopted clinical routine nursing,while the study group adopted multi-dimensional nursing integrated with goal execution theory.The Clinical Pulmonary Infection Score(CPIS),NRS2002 Nutritional Risk Screening Scale(NRS2002)score,General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)score and clinical recovery process of the two groups were analyzed and compared.ResultsAt the time of enrollment,there was no significant difference in CPIS,NRS2002 and GCQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05).One day before discharge,CPIS and NRS2002 scores in both groups were significantly lower than those at enrollment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).One day before discharge,GCQ scores of all dimensions and total scores of the two groups were improved,the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the time of dyspnea,pulmonary rales disappearance and mechanical ventilation treatment time of the study group were shorter than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe multi-dimensional nursing of patients with severe mechanical ventilation treatment of pneumonia with fusion target execution theory is conducive to controlling the level of lung infection,improving the nutritional status of the body,effectively improving the lung function of patients,and accelerating the clinical recovery of patients.
