摘 要:目的探讨综合病例站点式模式在养老照护技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取惠州卫生职业技术学院2021级老年保健与管理3年制专科班36人和2022级老年保健与管理3年制专科班38人为研究对象,按照年级顺序将2021级老年保健与管理3年制专科班36人作为对照组,将2022级老年保健与管理3年制专科班38人作为观察组。对照组采用传统的操作技能培训模式,观察组在传统的操作技能培训模式基础上采用综合病例站点式模式培训。两组均在学生进入临床实习前培训,共3周(24学时)。比较两组操作技能考核成绩、迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)得分、主观学习效果。结果观察组的操作技能考核成绩高于对照组(t=7.905,P<0.001),观察组的迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)得分高于对照组(t=4.447,P<0.001),观察组的主观学习效果得分高于对照组(t=-7.235,P<0.001)。结论养老照护技能培训中应用综合病例站点式模式,有助于提高学生操作技能水平,能有效提高学生综合能力,有助于提高学生主观学习效果。ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of comprehensive case-site model in nursing skills training for the aged.MethodsThe study subjects were selected from 363-year specialized courses of Geriatric Health Care and Management in Grade 2021 and 383-year specialized courses of Geriatric Health Care and Management in Grade 2022 of Huizhou Health Sciences Polytechnic.According to grade order,36 subjects from the 3-year professional course of Geriatric Health Care and Management in Grade 2021 were selected as the control group,and 38 subjects from the 3-year professional course of Geriatric Health Care and Management in Grade 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group was trained in the traditional operation skills training mode,while the observation group was trained in the comprehensive case-site training mode.Both groups were trained before students entered clinical practice for a total of 3 weeks(24 class hours).The operation skill test scores,mini-clinical practice evaluation(Mini-CEX)scores and subjective learning effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe performance of operation skill test of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(t=7.905,P<0.001),and the Mini-CEX score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(t=4.447,P<0.001).The subjective learning effect score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(t=-7.235,P<0.001).ConclusionsThe application of comprehensive case-site mode in nursing skills training is helpful to improve students'operational skills,improve students'comprehensive ability effectively,and improve students'subjective learning effect.
