基于微信的三主体双轨道交互式护理在血液肿瘤科PICC置管患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信平台的三主体双轨道交互式护理对血液肿瘤科PICC置管患者自我管理能力及并发症的影响。方法采取便利抽样法,选取2021年1月至2023年1月广西壮族自治区南溪山医院首次PICC置入并带管出院的血液肿瘤科患者194例为研究对象,按出院时间分为对照组96例和观察组98例。对照组给予常规延续护理,观察组实施基于微信平台的三主体双轨道互动护理干预。对比观察组与对照组患者在出院前1 d以及出院6个月后的自我管理情况与并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组自我管理能力得分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的三主体双轨道交互式护理可提高血液肿瘤科PICC置管患者自我管理能力,降低并发症的发生。Objective To explore the effects of three-subject double-track interactive nursing based on WeChat platform on self-management ability and complications of hematologic neoplasms patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods A total of 194 patients with hematologic tumors who were first implanted with PICC and discharged with tube from Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the discharge time,96 patients were divided into control group and 98 patients were divided into observation group.The control group was given routine extended nursing,while the observation group was given three-subject double-track interactive nursing intervention based on WeChat platform.The self-management and complication rate of patients in the observation group and the control group were compared 1 day before discharge and 6 months after discharge.Results After intervention,the self-management ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The three-subject double-track interactive nursing based on WeChat platform can improve the self-management ability of patients with blood tumor PICC catheterization and reduce the occurrence of complications.
