摘 要:随着城市间交通互联互通的日益紧密,城际铁路和地铁已成为城市基础设施建设的重要组成部分,而盾构施工在城市地下工程建设过程中发挥着重要作用。以雄安新区至北京大兴国际机场快线施工为研究对象,就盾构机小角度磨桩下穿城际联络线施工过程进行研究,重点分析贯入度、掌子面压力、推力等切削参数对刀盘扭矩的影响规律,以及城际联络线上行轨道和结构沉降的变化状态。此外,对刀盘扭矩与螺旋机控制、同步注浆、克泥效材料注入以及补浆等施工过程关键控制技术进行总结。研究结果可为类似盾构小角度磨桩下穿城际联络线施工提供参考和借鉴。With the increasingly close traffic interconnection between cities,the intercity railway and metro system have become an important part of urban infrastructure construction,and shield construction plays a pivotal role in the process.Taking the construction of the express line from Xiong’an new area to Beijing Daxing international airport as the research object,a study is conducted on the construction process of the shield with small-angle pile grinding underpass the intercity connecting line,focusing on the analysis of the influence of cutting parameters such as penetration amount,face pressure and thrust on the cutterhead torque,as well as the variation status of the upward track and structural settlement of the intercity connecting line.In addition,key control technologies for the construction process are proposed,such as the control of cutter torque and screw machine,synchronized grouting,injection of mud-effective materials and slurry replenishment.The research results could provide reference and inspiration for the construction technology research of small-angle pile grinding shield underpass the intercity connecting line.
