摘 要:城市轨道交通的快速发展对车辆检修专业的管理要求日益严格,现行的ISO 9001标准已难以满足质量管理需求。为此,基于ISO 9001编制的IRIS质量管理体系文件特别强调与铁路行业有关的项目管理、设计验证、供应链控制、RAMS管理等内容。结合车辆检修专业自身特点进行合理的对标后,IRIS体系的应用工作可较为顺利地开展。文章通过分析IRIS体系的特点及其与ISO 9001的差异,对IRIS体系应用于地铁车辆检修工作中的可行性进行探究,并对当前检修专业在应用IRIS体系时面临的障碍进行分析,提出相应的建议与对策。研究结果表明,IRIS体系能够更好地适应地铁车辆检修的专业化需求,可有效提高检修工作的质量和效率,并确保运营安全。With the rapid development of urban rail transit,the management requirements for the vehicle maintenance specialty have become increasingly strict,and the current ISO 9001 standard has been difficult to meet the quality management needs.For this reason,the IRIS(International Railway Industry Standard)quality management system documents compiled based on ISO 9001 especially emphasize contents related to project management,design verification,supply chain control,RAMS(Reliability,Availability,Maintainability and Safety)management and other aspects relevant to the railway industry.After reasonably benchmarking in combination with the characteristics of the vehicle maintenance specialty itself,the application work of the IRIS system can be carried out relatively smoothly.This article explores the feasibility of applying the IRIS system to the metro vehicle maintenance work by analyzing the characteristics of the IRIS system and its differences from ISO 9001,and this article also analyzes the obstacles faced by the current maintenance specialty in applying the IRIS system and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.The research results indicate that the IRIS system can better adapt to the specialized needs of metro vehicle maintenance,can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of maintenance work,and ensure the operational safety.
