2020-2023年永春县生猪规模养殖场口蹄疫免疫抗体检测与免疫效果分析

摘　　要：为进一步了解和掌握生猪规模养殖场口蹄疫免疫效果,永春县每年对34个生猪规模养殖场进行两次口蹄疫(O型、A型)免疫效果集中监测,2020-2023年共采集血清样品4 335份。经检测分析可以看出,不同年份、不同季节、不同亚型的口蹄疫免疫抗体合格率均超过福建省农业农村厅和国家农业农村部规定的要求,免疫效果较稳定。In order to further understand and master the immunization effect of foot-and-mouth disease in large-scale pig farms,Yongchun county conducts two centralized monitoring of the immunization effect of foot-and-mouth disease(type O,type A)in 34 large-scale pig farms every year,a total of 4335 serum samples were collected from 2020 to 2023.Through testing and analysis,it can be seen that the qualified rate of foot-and-mouth disease immunization antibodies in different years,seasons,and subtypes exceeds the requirements stipulated by the Fujian Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,and the immunization effect is relatively stable.
