摘 要:藏猪是青藏高原环境下的独特世界珍稀猪种,其对恶劣环境条件的适应性和抗病能力强,但其繁殖性能差,严重影响藏猪产业的发展。为促进藏猪产业发展,挖掘藏猪优良遗传特点,发挥藏猪良种性能成为当前藏猪研究的主要方向。因此,本研究开展50头藏猪的基因组重测序,结果显示GO一级大类注释包括生物学藏猪群体遗传结构及选择信号的研究功能、细胞组分和分子功能三个方面;5个GO二级分类被注释,富集到生物学过程涉及细胞过程、单一的生物过程,分子功能涉及细胞器、细胞部分,分子功能涉及催化。在显著富集的通路中共注释到43个与藏猪特性相关的基因,其中与生长繁殖有关的基因有BMPR-IB、IGF-1、IGF-II、MIS、TNF、IL1B1、S5AR2等,这些结果为藏猪优良繁殖性能高效利用提供基础。Tibetan pig is a unique and rare pig breed in the world under the environment of Qinghai-Xizang plateau,it has strong adaptability and anti-disease characteristics to harsh environmental conditions,but its reproductive performance is poor,which seriously affects the development of Tibetan pig industry.In order to promote the development of Tibetan pig industry,excavate the excellent genetic characteristics of Tibetan pigs and giving play to the performance of Tibetan pigs have become the main direction of Tibetan pig research.Therefore,the genome resequencing of 50 Tibetan pigs was conducted,results showed that the GO first-level annotation included three aspect,such as biological function,cellular composition,and molecular function.Five GO second-level annotations were analyzed,including cellular processes,single biological processes,organelles,cell part,catalysis.A total of 43 genes related to the characteristics of Tibetan pigs were annotated in the significantly enriched pathways,including genes to growth and reproduction such as BMPR-IB,IGF-1,IGF-II,MIS,TNF,IL1B1 and S5AR2.These results provide a basis for the efficient utilization of Tibetan pigs.
