2020-2023年南平市延平区南山镇动物疫病免疫效果监测与分析

摘　　要：为评估南平市延平区南山镇主要动物疫病集中免疫工作质量和效果,采用血清学检测方法对2020-2023年畜禽规模场和散养户进行高致病性禽流感、口蹄疫、小反刍兽疫、猪瘟、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征、新城疫等免疫抗体监测。结果显示,2020-2023年重大动物疫病抗体总体合格率均保持在80%以上,达到福建省免疫标准(群体免疫抗体合格率>80%)。In order to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of centralized immunization against major animal diseases in Nanshan town,Yanping district,Nanping city,serological testing methods were used to monitor the immune antibodies against highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI),foot-and-mouth disease(FMD),peste des petits ruminants(PPR),classical swine fever(CSF),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS),and newcastle disease(ND)in large-scale livestock and poultry farms and free range households from 2020 to 2023.The results showed that the overall qualification rate of antibodies against major animal diseases remained above 80%from 2020 to 2023,meeting the immunization standards of Fujian province(population immunization qualification rate>80%).
