摘　　要：本文介绍辣椒秸秆的饲用价值,总结辣椒秸秆在畜禽生产中起到可替代部分饲料用粮、促进生长、抗氧化、抗炎和提高畜禽产品品质等作用,为辣椒秸秆作为非粮型饲料资源的开发利用提供科学依据。This article introduces the feeding value of pepper straw and summarizes its role in replacing some feed grains,promoting growth,antioxidation,anti-inflammatory,and improving the quality of livestock and poultry products in livestock and poultry production.It provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of pepper straw as a non-grain feed resource.
