摘　　要：文章旨在探讨利用触媒理论来指导城市工业遗产工厂空间的改造,并提出优化策略。基于触媒理论的解析与嵌入,梳理工业遗产工厂空间的物质与非物质触媒要素,并提出空间迁移、空间嵌套和空间迭代三种改造策略,结合案例分析法对国内外城市工业遗产工厂空间改造的成功案例进行解析,验证了触媒理论可以有效应用于城市工业遗产工厂空间改造中,能够发挥触媒效应,促进周边区域的协同发展。This study aims to explore the use of catalysis theory to guide the transformation of urban industrial heritage factory space and propose optimization strategies.Based on the analysis and embedding of the catalyst theory,the material and non-material catalyst elements of industrial heritage factory space are sorted out,and three transformation strategies of spatial relocation,spatial nesting and spatial iteration are proposed.Combined with the case study method to analyze the successful cases of the transformation of urban industrial heritage factory space in domestic and international cities,the study validates that the catalyst theory can be effectively applied to the transformation of urban industrial heritage factory space,and that it can exert the catalyst effect and Promote the synergistic development of the neighboring areas.
