摘 要:文章深入探讨了工业遗产坡屋顶厂房的绿色改造,强调了其在环境保护和可持续发展中的重要性,并分析了提升建筑功能性的策略。文章重点讨论了被动式技术在屋顶改造中的应用,包括保温隔热、自然通风和采光增强等关键措施。通过增设保温层、架空型屋面、通风层和热反射材料,以及利用新材料和反光构造,提出了提升厂房建筑效能和室内环境质量的方法。最后,强调了在改造中融合工业遗产保护与现代技术的重要性,以促进环境与工业遗产的和谐共存。The article provides an in-depth discussion on the green retrofitting of industrial heritage sloped-roof factory buildings,emphasizing their importance in environmental protection and sustainable development,and analyzing strategies to enhance the functionality of the buildings.The article focuses on the application of passive technologies in roof retrofitting,including key measures such as thermal insulation,natural ventilation and light enhancement.Methods to enhance plant building performance and indoor environmental quality are proposed through the addition of thermal insulation,elevated roofing,ventilation layers and heat-reflective materials,as well as the utilization of new materials and reflective constructions.Finally,the importance of integrating industrial heritage preservation and modern technology in retrofiting is emphasized to promote the harmonious coexistence of the environment and industrial heritage.
