历史村落提升建筑立面风貌策略研究——以昆明市海晏村为例

摘　　要：海晏村位于滇池的东南沿岸,随着经济、交通的发展,海晏村的传统风貌受到了很大的冲击。原本滇池流域的原生性聚落中传统的“一颗印”民居建筑逐渐变形,海晏村的立面风貌发生重大的变化:传统与现代、发展与保护在海晏村中产生激烈碰撞。文章主要分析海晏村建筑立面风貌出现的问题,通过研究海晏村民居风貌演化的生成机制,分析民居风貌自发性演化的内在逻辑与外部因素,理解海晏村民居演化的根本性原理机制,探究新的提升风貌的思路与策略,为后续海晏村历史文化名村的规划提供设计实践指导。Haiyan Village is located along the southeast coast of Dianchi Lake.With the development of economy and transportation,the traditional style of Haiyan Village has been greatly impacted.The traditional"one seal"residential buildings in the original Dianchi Lake basin are gradually deformed,and the facade of Haiyan Village has undergone major changes:tradition and modernity,development and protection have a fierce collision in Haiyan Village.Article mainly analyzes the sea take village main street building facade style problems,combined with the original natural and cultural characteristics,as well as for the provincial historical culture village building protection,discusses the historical culture village elevation facade style strategy research,in order to achieve"bottom-up"facade style change,for the subsequent sea take village historical and cultural village planning design practice guidance.
