摘  要:为了解决安徽省宣城市某污水处理厂除氟剂投加量大、除氟成本过高等问题,以现有实际生产含氟废水为研究对象,选取4种以铝盐为主的除氟剂进行除氟对比试验,考察了除氟剂种类、除氟剂投加量、pH值、碱种类等因素对除氟效果的影响。研究结果表明,除氟剂#1和除氟剂#2表现出更加优异的除氟效果,出水氟离子质量浓度稳定低于1 mg/L。同时,在利用Ca(OH)_(2)调节pH值为6.3,PAM投加量为0.1%的条件下,除氟剂#2的除氟成本可降低约53.3%。在实际应用过程中可选取主要成分为聚合氯化铝的除氟剂,结合Ca(OH)_(2)调节水样pH值进行除氟,一方面保障了出水稳定达标,另一方面大大降低含氟废水处理成本。In order to solve the problem of large dosage of fluorine removal agent and high cost of defluorination in a sewage treatment plant of Xuancheng city,taking actual fluorine-containing production wastewater as the research object,selecting 4 kines of fluorine removal agents based on aluminum salt,a comparative test of defulorination by the above agents were carried out,and the influence of factors including dosage of fluorine removal agent,p H value,and type of alkali on the defluorination effect was investigated.The study results showed that,fluorine removal agent#1 and#2 showed better defluorination effect,and the mass concentration of fluorinion was stable below 1 mg/L.Moreover,fluorine removal agent#2 could reduce the defluorination cost by about53.3%when the pH value was adjusted to 6.3 by Ca(OH)_(2)and the PAM dosage was 0.1%.In practice,fluorine removal agents primarily composed of polyaluminum chloride,in conjunction with pH adjustment using Ca(OH)_(2),can be selected for fluoride removal,which can not only ensure the effluent water quality stably meet the discharge standard,but also significantly reduce the cost of fluorine-containing wastewater treatment.
