摘 要:以乙二胺和二硫化碳为原料、氢氧化钾为催化剂,合成重金属捕捉剂N,N-二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钾,将其处理含重金属废水,考察了重金属捕捉剂的投加量、反应温度、废水pH值、反应时间对重金属废水中Fe^(3+)和Cu^(2+)去除率的影响。试验结果表明,重金属捕捉剂投加量为重金属废水质量的2.0%,反应温度为20℃,废水pH值为7.5,反应时间为30 min时,Cu^(2+)可完全去除,Fe^(3+)质量浓度从90.11 mg/L降到15.72 mg/L,去除率高达82.56%;延长反应时间Fe^(3+)去除率可达99.67%,Fe^(3+)质量浓度降至0.297 mg/L。研究结果表明,该重金属捕捉剂反应速度快,投加量小,具有较好的工业化应用前景。Using ethylenediamine and carbon disulfide as raw materials,potassium hydroxide as catalyst,heavy metal scavenger N,N-diethyl dithiocarbamate was synthesized to treat heavy metal-containing wastewater,the influence of heavy metal capture agent dosage,reaction temperature,pH value of the wastewater,and reaction time on Fe^(3+)and Cu^(2+)removal were investigated.The test results showed that,when the heavy metal capture agen dosage was 2.0%of heavy metal-containing wastewater quantity,the reaction temperature was 20℃,the pH value of the wastewater was 7.5,the reaction time was 30 min,Cu^(2+)could be completely removed,the mass concentration of Fe^(3+)decreased from 90.11 to 15.72 mg/L,the removal rate reached 82.56%,more than that,with the prolonging of the reaction time,the removal rate of Fe^(3+)could reach 99.67%with mass concentration decreased to0.297 mg/L.The study results showed that,the said heavy metal capture agent has advantages of fast reaction speed and small dosage,which has good industrial application prospect.
