摘 要:某城市老城区污水处理厂原设计规模为4万m^(3)/d,出水执行GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A标准。提标扩容改造后规模提高至6万m^(3)/d,出水BOD_(5)、CODCr、NH_(3)-N、TP执行GB3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》中的Ⅳ类标准。针对无新增用地,实际进水NH_(3)-N、TN、TP浓度高,出水标准提高,施工不停产等难点,采用了占地面积省、处理能力强、出水水质好的MBR工艺。通过分析可知,现状建(构)筑物土建和设备的充分利用、水力高程的复核、现状建(构)筑物的鉴定与加固、集约用地与不停产施工是老城区污水处理厂提标扩容改造工程的重要考虑因素。The initial design scale of a sewage treatment plant in an old town was 40000 m^(3)/d,the effluent water was supposed to meet the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant,Through the upgrading and extension reconstruction,the scale of the said plant was increased to 60000 m^(3)/d,and the indexes such as BOD_(5),COD_(Cr),NH_(3)-N and TP of the effluent water was supposed to meet the requirement of classⅣin GB 3838—2002 Environmental quality standards for surface water,In view of difficulties such as no newly increased land,high concentrations of NH_(3)-N,TN,and TP in actual influent water,higher standard for effluent water quality,construction without stopping production,and so on,MBR process with advantages of land saving,high treatment capability,good effluent water quality was adopted.According to the analysis,it was known that,important considerations for upgrading and extension reconstruction project of sewage treatment plant in old town were as follows:full utilization of existing buildings,structures and facilities,hydraulic elevation rechecking,detection and consolidation of existing buildings and structures,intensive use of land,and construction without stopping production.
