摘 要:针对煤化工废水水量大、硬度高、盐分高、纳管排放收费高的特点,采用了预处理结合双膜法脱盐、二级纳滤分盐及高压反渗透的组合工艺进行处理,工程运行结果表明,在进水电导率平均值为2 921μS/cm时,出水平均值为135μS/cm,系统脱盐率高达90%,水回收率高达93%,回用水各项指标均优于设计值,副产盐品级满足设计要求。纳滤膜、高压反渗透膜分别对硫酸根和氯离子截留和浓缩,纳滤膜对硫酸根平均截留率达99%,为蒸发结晶分盐创造了有利条件。In view of the characteristics of coal chemical industrial wastewater such as large water volume,high hardness;high salt content and high charges for pipeline discharge, a combined process of pretreatment,double membrane desalination, two stage nanofiltration salt separation and high pressure reverse osmosis was adopted for its treatment. The engineering operation results showed that, when the average values of the influent water conductivity was 2 921 μS/cm, the average effluent water conductivity was 135 μS/cm, the desalination rate and water recovery rate of the system reached as high as 90% and 93% respectively, all the indicators of the recycled water were superior to the design values, and the grade of the by-product salt met the design requirement. Tranofiltration membrane and high pressure reverse osmosis membrane respectively retained and concentrated sulfate ions and chloride ions, the average retention rate of sulfate ions by the nanofiltration membrane reached 99%, creating favorable conditions for evaporation crystallization and salt separation.
