摘  要:植物提取物生产废水含有大量的提取质和提取剂,具有COD含量高、成分复杂、可生化性差的特点。某工程设计采用混凝沉淀-水解酸化-两级IC厌氧塔为主的分质预处理工艺,两级AO接触氧化生化工艺以及Fenton氧化-深度AO接触氧化-砂滤-炭滤的深度处理工艺。该组合工艺处理效果良好,运行稳定可靠,COD质量浓度由14580 mg/L降至49 mg/L,BOD_(5)质量浓度由3748 mg/L降至8 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度由142 mg/L降至8 mg/L,TN质量浓度由186 mg/L降至38 mg/L,TP质量浓度由58 mg/L降至4 mg/L,浊度由896 NTU降至7NTU,达到GB/T 18920—2020《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》表1城市绿化、道路清扫、消防、建筑施工标准。Wastewater from plant extract production contains a large amount of extractants and solvents,which characterized by high COD concentration,complex component,and poor biodegradability.A project adopts separate pretreatment process of coagulation sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification-two stage IC anaerobic tower,biochemical process of two stage AO contact oxidation and advanced treatment process of Fenton oxidation-deep AO contact oxidation-sand filtration-carbon filtration for its engineering design.The said combined process obtained good treatment effect,the operation was stable,the mass concentrations of COD,BOD,ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP decreased from 14580,3748,142,186 and 58 mg/L respectively to 49,8,8,38 and 4 mg/L respectively,the turbidity decreased from 896 to 7 NTU,which showed that the effluent water quality met the standards for urban greening,road cleaning,fire protection and construction in table 1 of GB/T 18920—2020 The reuse of urban recycling water-Water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption.
