节地高效型MBC技术在地下式污水处理厂的应用

摘  要:某污水处理厂位于城市旅游景区内,处理规模为2×10^(4)m^(3)/d,采用全地下集约化建设模式,污水处理核心工艺采用MBC技术,具有用地少、节能高效、运行稳定等优势。工程运行结果表明,COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5)、TN、NH_(3)-N、TP和SS的最低去除率分别为89.9%、95.7%、65.8%、95.4%、92.9%和95.3%,出水各项指标稳定达到准Ⅳ类标准,能够作为景观公园和周边河道的生态补水。该创新技术在降本和节地方面取得了一定的效果,项目的单位运行成本为0.81元/m^(3),单位用地指标仅为0.61 m^(2)/(m^(3)·d^(-1)),相比传统地上式污水处理厂,全地下集约化建设模式实现了降本30.8%和节地60.6%的目标。A certain sewage treatment plant with a treatment capacity of 2×10^(4)m^(3)/d is located in an urban tourist attraction,it adopts a fully underground intensive construction mode,and uses MBC technology as the core process of sewage treatment,which has the advantages of less land use,energy saving,high efficiency,and stable operation.The engineering operation results showed that,the minimum removal rates of COD_(Cr),BOD_5,TN,NH_(3)-N TP and SS were 89.9%,95.7%,65.8%,95.4%,92.9%and 95.3%respectively,the effluent water indicators were stable and met quasiⅣclass standard,which could be used as ecological water supplement of landscape parks surrounding rivers.This innovative technology has achieved certain results in cost reduction and land saving,the unit operating cost of the project is 0.81 yuan/m^(3),and the unit land use index is only 0.61 m^(2)/(m^(3)·d^(-1)),compared with traditional above ground sewage treatment plants,fully underground intensive construction mode achieves the goals of cost reduction of 30.8%and land saving of 60.6%.
