摘 要:采用扫描电镜/X-射线能谱(SEM/EDS)和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定77式手枪的无机射击残留物(IGSR),并对结果进行比较分析。结果表明:SEM/EDS在IGSR颗粒显微成像以及定性方面可以对ICP-MS结果进行验证,但IGSR颗粒载体和计数规则对SEM/EDS结果有较大影响;ICP-MS不易受IGSR颗粒载体的成分影响且定量准确可靠,是SEM/EDS方法的有益补充,可用于IGSR的现场分布规律研究;SEM/EDS和ICP-MS结合,可提高分析效率和结果的可靠性,有利于IGSR检验数据的合理解释。Two instrumentation techniques including scanning electron microscope/energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(SEM/EDS)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)were used for the identification and detection of inorganic gunshot residue(IGSR)resulted from the discharge of Type 77 pistols.The IGSR testing results were furtherly compared and analyzed.The results indicated that SEM/EDS can verify the microscopic imaging and characterization results of the IGSR particles generated by ICP-MS.Nevertheless,IGSR particle carriers and counting rules would have great impacts on the SEM/EDS output.As opposed to SEM/EDS,ICP-MS was less likely impacted by the composition of IGSR particle carriers and was able to provide relatively accurate and reliable quantification.Hence,ICP-MS could be a useful supplement to SEM/EDS in IGSR testing,and could be applied to the onsite inspection of GSR distribution pattern.Therefore,a combination of SEM/EDS and ICP-MS techniques in IGSR testing could help improve the efficiency and reliability of subsequent data analysis,facilitating a reasonable and rational interpretation of the IGSR testing results.
