摘　　要：采用热脱附(TD)结合气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱(GC-MS/MS),建立了同时检测环境空气中17种挥发性持久性有机污染物(V-POPs)的分析方法。空气样品通过热脱附管进行采集富集,热解析后在多反应监测模式(MRM)下进行GC-MS/MS分析,外标法定量。结果表明,Tenax-TA填料热脱附管对17种V-POPs采集性能最佳;目标物在0.01~1 ng范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999;当采样速率为50 mL/min,采样体积为6 L时,方法检出限在0.05~2 ng/m^(3)之间。17种目标物加标量为0.01,0.1和1 ng时,回收率在72%~124%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于15%。对北京市环境空气进行实际测定,检出六氯丁二烯(HCBD)、一氯苯(MCB)和二氯苯(1,4-DCB)等9种V-POPs物质。A simultaneous detection method for 17 volatile persistent organic pollutants(V-POPs)in ambient air was established using thermal desorption(TD)combined with gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).The ambient air is collected and enriched through a thermal desorption tube,analyzed using GC-MS/MS in multi reaction monitoring(MRM)mode,and quantified using an external standard method.The results showed that Tenax TA filler thermal desorption tube had the best collection performance of 17 V-POPs.The 17 V-POPs exhibited good linearity in the range of 0.01 ng to 1 ng,with correlation coefficients(r^(2))greater than 0.999.When the sampling flow rate was 50 mL/min and the sampling volume was 6 L,the detection limits of the method were from 0.05 to 2 ng/m^(3).At the spiked levels of 0.01,0.1 and 1 ng,the recovery rates were between 72%and 124%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were less than 15%.Actual measurements were conducted on the ambient air in Beijing,and 9 substances including hexachlorobutadiene(HCBD),monochlorobenzene(MCB),and dichlorobenzene(1,4-DCB)were detected.
