摘　　要：建立了实时直接分析串联质谱(DART-MS/MS)快速筛查苯二氮卓类安眠镇静药物药片的方法。采用N2作为载气吹扫药片表面,载气加热器的最佳温度为300℃,使用多反应监测模式,可以监测34种苯二氮卓类药物信号。将药片粉末溶于甲醇后稀释100倍,以He为载气,400℃为载气加热温度,可以实现药片成分的快速筛查且无残留效应。本文建立的分析方案各有优势,可根据不同的案件情况进行选择,适应司法检验工作中筛查可疑药物药片的需要。A method of direct analysis in real time tandem mass spectrometry(DART-MS/MS)for rapid screening of benzodiazepine tablets was established.The results showed that 34 benzodiazepine signals could be monitored using a multiple reaction monitoring mode with nitrogen as the carrier gas to purge the tablet surface and an optimal temperature of 300℃for the carrier gas heater.The tablet powder was dissolved in methanol and then diluted 100 times,using helium as the carrier gas and 400℃as the temperature of the carrier gas,and the rapid screening of tablet composition without residual effect can be achieved.The analytical protocols established in this paper has its own advantages and can be selected for different case situations to adapt to the needs of screening suspicious drug pills in judicial testing.
