摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)患者自我形象水平较差的影响因素。方法选取2021年2月~2024年2月临沂市中心医院收治的103例甲亢患者为研究对象,均以自我形象量表(BIS)进行评估,依据评分结果将≥10分设为自我形象较差,反之为自我形象良好。收集所有患者年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、工作状况、家庭人均月收入、病程、应对方式、伴焦虑或抑郁情绪、自我效能感、病耻感、居住地等多方面基础资料,开展Logistic回归分析,获得影响自我形象水平较差的高危因素。结果103例甲亢患者BIS评分为15.63±1.42分,其中≥10分有61例,<10分有42例;单因素显示,文化程度、婚姻状况、应对方式、伴焦虑或抑郁情绪、自我效能感、病耻感与甲亢患者自我形象水平较差有关,有统计学差异(P<0.05);多因素显示,初中及以下、未婚或离异、应对方式消极、伴焦虑或抑郁情绪、自我效能感低下、病耻感强为影响甲亢患者自我形象水平较差的高危因素(P<0.05且OR>1)。结论甲亢患者自我形象水平较差,与初中及以下学历、未婚或离异、应对方式消极、伴焦虑或抑郁情绪、自我效能感低下、病耻感强关系密切,还需高度重视,做好针对性干预,改善患者自我形象。Objective To explore the influencing factors of poor body image in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 103 hyperthyroidism patients admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects.All of them were assessed on the body image scale(BIS).According to the score,a score of≥10 was defined as poor body image,while a score of≥10 was defined as good body image.Basic data of all patients including age,gender,education level,marital status,working status,per capita monthly family income,course of disease,coping style,anxiety or depression,self-efficacy,stigma and place of residence were collected,and Logistic regression analysis was carried out to obtain high-risk factors affecting poor body image level.Results The BIS scores of 103 patients with hyperthyroidism were 15.63±1.42,of which 61 were≥10 and 42 were<10.Single factor showed that education level,marital status,coping style,anxiety or depression,self-efficacy and stigma were related to the poor body image of hyperthyroidism patients,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Multiple factors showed that junior high school and below,unmarried or divorced,negative coping style,accompanied by anxiety or depression,low self-efficacy,strong stigma was a high risk factor for poor body image in hyperthyroidism patients(P<0.05 and OR>1).Conclusion Patients with hyperthyroidism have a poor level of body image,which is closely related to junior high school education or below,unmarried or divorced,negative coping style,anxiety or depression,low self-efficacy,and strong stigma.
