大学生抑郁情绪对心理资本的影响:一个有调节的中介模型

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探讨大学生抑郁情绪对心理资本的影响,以及儒家式应对思维和生命意义感在其中的作用机制。方法采用方便取样法,从多所高校中选取了598名在校大学生为研究对象,通过描述性统计、独立样本t检验、方差分析、相关分析、回归分析、中介效应检验等统计学方法对收集到的数据进行分析。结果大学生抑郁情绪与儒家式应对思维(r=-0.163,P<0.01)、生命意义感(r=-0.243,P<0.01)、心理资本(r=-0.530,P<0.01)均呈显著负相关。生命意义感在抑郁情绪与心理资本之间起到显著的中介作用,调节效应模型分析显示,抑郁情绪与亲挫折思维的交互作用能负向预测心理资本(β=-0.214,P<0.05)。结论抑郁情绪不仅可以直接预测大学生的心理资本水平,还可以通过生命意义感的中介作用产生间接影响。同时,儒家式应对思维中的亲挫折思维在这一中介路径中起调节作用。Objective This study mainly explores the impact of depression among college students as well as the mechanism of Confucian coping and meaning in life in it.Methods 598 students from multiple universities participated in the research with handy sampling.Statistical methods were adopted to analyze the data collected,such as descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test,analysis of variance(ANOVA),correlation analysis,regression analysis,and mediation effect test.Results The results show that depression among college students has notable negative correlation with confucian coping,meaning in life(r=-0.243,P<0.01),and PCA(r=-0.530,P<0.01).Meaning in life plays a significant mediating role between depression and PCA.According to moderating effect model,the interaction between depression and pro-setback thinking acts as a negative predictor on PCA(β=-0.214,P<0.05).Conclusion Depression can not only directly predict PCA among college students,but also generate indirect effect on it through the mediating role of meaning in life,in which pro-setback thinking that belongs to Confucian coping plays a moderating role.
