摘　　要：目的探讨工娱治疗联合心理社会干预对长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者预后的影响。方法研究对象为2022年7月~2024年6月期间在如东县第四人民医院精神科长期住院的慢性精神分裂症患者。采用随机数字法将符合纳入标准的120例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组60例。其中,对照组仅予药物治疗,干预组在药物治疗的基础上联合使用工娱治疗和心理社会干预。通过对比各项观察指标的结果,明确不同治疗方法的应用价值。结果干预前,两组各项观察指标对比均未体现统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的各项指标均优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论工娱治疗联合心理社会干预有助于长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者的康复,可以改善其社会功能和生活质量,对改善患者的预后具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the impact of combined work entertainment therapy and psychosocial intervention on the prognosis of long-term hospitalized chronic schizophrenia patients.Methods The research subjects were chronic schizophrenia patients who were hospitalized for a long time in the Department of Psychiatry at the Rudong County No.4 People's Hospital from July 2022 to June 2024.120 patients with chronic schizophrenia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group using a random number method,with 60 patients in each group.Among them,the intervention group received a combination of work entertainment therapy and psychosocial intervention on the basis of drug treatment,while the control group received only drug treatment.By comparing the results of various observation indicators,clarify the application value of different methods.Results Prior to intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in all observed indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The combination of work entertainment therapy and psychosocial intervention is helpful for the rehabilitation of patients,and can improve social function and quality of life.It is of great significance for improving the prognosis of long-term hospitalized chronic schizophrenia patients.
