绘画心理技术辅助治疗对精神分裂症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨应用绘画心理技术辅助治疗精神分裂症对患者心理韧性、执行功能的影响。方法选择精神分裂症患者100例,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(n=50)、对照组(n=50)。两组均应用奥氮平治疗,对照组治疗期间采取常规护理,观察组采取常规护理联合绘画心理技术辅助干预。两组均干预3个月,对比干预前后患者阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17(HAMD-17)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表-14(HAMA-14)评分变化。结果干预3个月,观察组患者在PANSS评分、WCST量表错误应答数与持续应答数、HAMD-17评分、HAMA-14评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3个月,观察组患者在CD-RISC评分、WCST量表正确应答数与完成分类数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者采取绘画心理技术辅助治疗的效果显著,可以显著改善患者症状,提高其心理韧性、改善其执行功能,减轻焦虑、抑郁不良情绪。Objective To explore the effect of painting technique on mental toughness and executive function in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia were selected and divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to random number table.Both groups were treated with olanzapine,the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with routine nursing combined with painting psychological technique assisted intervention.Both groups were treated for 3 months,and the score changes of positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),mental resilience scale(CD-RISC),Wisconsin card classification test(WCST),Hamilton depression scale-17(HAMD-17)and Hamilton anxiety scale-14(HAMA-14)were compared before and after the intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,PANSS score,WCST scale error response number and sustained response number,HAMD-17 score and HAMA-14 score in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the CD-RISC score,the number of correct responses to WCST scale and the number of completed classification in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of painting psychological technique in the treatment of schizophrenia patients is satisfactory,and the symptoms of patients can be significantly improved,mental toughness and executive function can be improved,anxiety and depression can be alleviated.
