基于感知觉强化指导的心理护理对乳腺癌术后抑郁症患者的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析针对乳腺癌术后抑郁症患者,应用基于感知觉强化指导的心理护理对其抑郁症状的改善效果。方法抽取2021.05~2022.05于本院行乳腺癌手术的患者60例。红蓝信封法分设组别,参比组(常规护理,n=30),分析组(基于感知觉强化指导的心理护理,n=30),比较两组干预效果。结果两组干预前负性情绪评分差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后分析组SAS、SDS评分均低于参比组及本组干预前,并且差异显著(P<0.05)。两组干预前领悟社会支持各量表评分差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后分析组家属支持、朋友支持、其他支持评分均高于参比组均本组干预前,并且参数差异显著(P<0.05)。两组干预前乳腺癌患者生活质量评分差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后分析组在躯体功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能评分上均高于参比组同期及本组干预前,并且参数差异显著(P<0.05)。分析组干预后护理满意度水平较参比组佳,并且参数差异显著(P<0.05)。结论将基于感知觉强化指导的心理护理应用在乳腺癌术后抑郁症患者中,一方面利于患者负性情绪改善,同时还可提升其社会支持领悟能力,于生活质量提升有显著增益。Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing based on sensory enhancement guidance on the improvement of depressive symptoms in patients with depression after breast cancer surgery.Methods 60 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from May 2021 to may 2022 were selected.The red and blue envelope method was divided into groups,the reference group(routine nursing,n=30)and the analysis group(psychological nursing based on sensory enhancement guidance,n=30).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in negative emotion scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the analysis group were lower than those of the reference group and this group before intervention,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of perceived social support scales between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of family support,friend support and other support in the analysis group were higher than those in the reference group before the intervention,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of physical function,emotional function,cognitive function and social function in the analysis group were higher than those in the reference group at the same period and before the intervention,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction level of the analysis group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing based on enhanced sensory and perceptual guidance in patients with depression after breast cancer surgery can not only improve patients'negative emotions,but also improve their ability to comprehend social support,which has a s
