摘 要:目的调查某一强制医疗所工作人员心理压力源的影响因素,并提出相关应对方法。方法采用横断面调查研究方法,2024年2月~2024年5月选择在某一强制医疗所的工作人员86名作为研究对象,调查所有工作人员的一般资料、心理压力源、职业发展、应对方式情况。结果86名强制医疗所工作人员的工作环境、日常工作量、工作时间分配、人员专业工作等心理压力源评分分别为:3.02±0.25分、2.65±0.16分、2.03±0.19分、3.10±0.27分,总分为10.82±0.35分。86名强制医疗所工作人员的自身成长、团队归属感、亲友认同、护患关系、正向职业感知等职业发展评分分别为21.42±4.03分、32.43±4.29分、23.29±2.75分、21.10±1.59分、24.10±2.39分,总分为122.34±12.69分。Pearson分析显示强制医疗所工作人员的心理压力源各维度评分与职业发展各维度评分存在显著负相关性(P<0.001)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示职称、工作年限、独生子女、职业发展总分为影响强制医疗所工作人员心理压力源的重要因素(P<0.001),主要应对方式为建立正确的心理态度、专业知识和技能的运用、建立有效的沟通机制、持续的自我学习和提高。结论强制医疗所工作人员的心理压力源情况比较常见,职业发展状况有待提高,两者存在显著相关性,影响心理压力源的主要因素包括职称、工作年限、独生子女、职业发展总分等。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of psychological stressors and coping methods of staff in a compulsory medical treatment center.Methods A cross-sectional survey research method was used.From February 2024 to May 2024,86 staff members of compulsory medical treatment centers in this region were selected as research subjects to investigate the general information,psychological stressors,career development and coping methods of all staff members.Results The scores of psychological stressors such as working environment and resources,workload and time allocation,management and interpersonal relationships,and professional work of 86 compulsory medical treatment center staff members were 3.02±0.25 points,2.65±0.16 points,2.03±0.19 points,and 3.10±0.27 points,respectively,with a total score of 10.82±0.35 points.The career development scores of 86 compulsory medical treatment workers,including self-growth,team belonging,family and friends recognition,nurse-patient relationship,and positive career perception,were 21.42±4.03 points,32.43±4.29 points,23.29±2.75 points,21.10±1.59 points,and 24.10±2.39 points,respectively,with a total score of 122.34±12.69 points.Pearson analysis showed that the scores of each dimension of psychological stressors of compulsory medical treatment workers were correlated with the scores of each dimension of career development(P<0.001).Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis showed that professional title,years of work,only child,and total career development score were important factors affecting the psychological stressors of compulsory medical treatment workers(P<0.001).The main coping strategies include establishing a correct psychological attitude,applying professional knowledge and skills,establishing effective communication mechanisms,and continuous self-learning and improvement.Conclusion The psychological stressors of compulsory medical treatment workers are relatively common,and their career development needs to be improved,and there is a correlation be
