用于包装机构的弧面分度凸轮建模方法及疲劳分析研究

摘  要:针对驱动包装机构的弧面分度凸轮建模时间长、使用寿命短等问题,提出了一种改进建模方法。分析包装机构运动原理,利用Matlab软件分析常见运动规律曲线,将最佳运动规律曲线用于包装机构。在Matlab软件中编写运动规律曲线程序代码,运行后得到滚珠运动轨迹三维坐标点。导入到SolidWorks三维建模软件中生成滚珠运动曲线,通过扫掠切除凸轮毛坯,最终得到改进后的弧面分度凸轮模型。利用SolidWorks/Simulation模块对弧面分度凸轮进行疲劳分析,得到弧面分度凸轮损坏百分比和生命总数结果。结果显示:与其他2种建模方法相比,改进后的建模方法,建模速度分别提高了75%和50%,最大损坏百分比分别降低了98.25%和97.97%,最小生命总数分别提高了5630.38%和4840.49%。采用改进后的建模方法,节约了设计者建模时间,延长弧面分度凸轮使用寿命。An improved modeling method is proposed to address the issues of long modeling time and short service life of the curved indexing cam driving the packaging mechanism.Analyze the motion principle of the packaging mechanism,use Matlab software to analyze common motion law curves,and apply the optimal motion law curve to the packaging mechanism.Write motion law curve program code in Matlab software,and after running,obtain the three-dimensional coordinate points of the ball motion trajectory.Import into SolidWorks 3D modeling software to generate ball motion curves,cut off cam blanks by sweeping,and finally obtain an improved curved indexing cam model.Using SolidWorks/Simulation module to perform fatigue analysis on curved indexing cam,obtain the percentage of damage and total life of curved indexing cam.The results showed that compared with the other two modeling methods,the improved modeling method increased modeling speed by 75%and 50%,reduced maximum damage percentage by 98.25%and 97.97%,and increased minimum total life by 5630.38%and 4840.49%,respectively.By adopting the improved modeling method,the designer’s modeling time was saved and the service life of the curved indexing cam was extended.
