摘  要:为减少起重机械安全事故的发生,提出一种基于故障树-云模型的半门式起重机安全评估方法。首先,提取起重机系统中的节点要素,利用解释结构模型进行层次划分并构建解释结构模型(ISM)有向图,在此基础上建立起重机的故障树模型。其次,考虑专家评判的随机性,采用云模型对各位专家的评判结果进行处理并对各个事件进行权重赋值,经云模型在故障树中的合成确定起重机故障风险等级。最后,以25 t/10 m半门式起重机为例,验证了此方法的可行性和有效性。结果表明:该方法能充分考虑各方意见并保留评价过程中的随机性,结果更符合实际情况。In order to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents of lifting machinery,a safety assessment method for semi-portal cranes based on fault tree-cloud model is proposed.Firstly,the node elements in the crane system are extracted,and the explanatory structural model is used to hierarchically divide the node elements and construct the interpretative structural model(ISM)directed graph,and the fault tree model of the crane is established on this basis.Secondly,considering the randomness of the expert scoring,the cloud model is used to process the judgment results of the experts to assign weights to each event,and the risk level of crane failure is determined by the synthesis of the cloud model in the fault tree.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of this method is verified by taking 25 t/10 m semi-portal crane as an example,and the results show that this method can fully consider the opinions of all parties and retain the randomness in the evaluation process,and the results are more in line with the actual situation.
