摘  要:本文提出了一种基于电动机转速和液压泵排量比的双变量控制的电动液压动力总成节能策略,并与电动机变转速-液压泵定排量、电动机定转速-液压泵变排量两种策略进行全工况效率数值分析和电动挖掘机工况仿真研究。结果表明,双变量控制策略在液压泵低流量高压力工况下较之另外两种策略具有较明显的效率提升,实现了电动液压动力总成全工况的能效优化。An energy-saving strategy of electro-hydraulic powertrain(EHP)based on dualvariable control of motor speed and pump displacement ratio is presented in the paper,and the numerical analysis of the efficiency of EHP in the whole operating area and the simulation study of an electric excavator operating cycle data are carried out with other two strategies of motor with variable speed-pump with constant displacement and motor with constant speed-pump with variable displacement.Compared against the other two strategies,the dual-variable control strategy has an obvious efficiency improvement under low flow and high pressure conditions,and realizes the energy efficiency optimization of the EHP in the whole operating area.
